Every turn (~1 week real time) is two seasons (half of a year) in roleplay time. According to the Survaekom calendar, the New Year roughly corresponds with the beginning of Spring. Time in years is measured in relation to the conversion of the Prophet-Emperor Raegar the Ancient, either "of the Prophet" or simply "before." For example, the Second Kingdom of Byrnia was founded in the "year 233 before" and subjugated under Survaek in the "year 4 of the Prophet."
