The city had became so powerful it formed the kingdom of Shambhala with Choejor as their King. Choejor saw the region surrounding Shangri-La as De Jure land to Shambhala. Shambhala went onward to declare several bloody conquests of what is today Shambhala. After such quick and rapid expansion, the kingdom of Shambhala was in disarray. The people were not content with their new overlords. Several large-scale rebellions started throughout the kingdom. Causing much of Shambhala’s military and government to be engrossed in dealing with rebellions throughout the kingdom.
While the kingdom of Shambhala dealt with much of its rebellion issue, a new religion was quickly spreading throughout Shambhala. Seeing Bahism as a pacifist religion, the kingdom of Shambhala ignored it and allowed it to grow throughout the region. However, this all changed when the Gurus of all 5 schools found a boy and named him Dham. Dham is seen, and worshipped, as the incarnation of Vinu, the god of compassion. The Guru's spread throughout the land that Shambhala must release itself of a selfless monarchy and be ruled by the religious leader Dham. The people of Shambhala rallied behind the Guru's the Dham. Spread too thin with revolts, the kingdom of Shambhala fell quickly to the Guru’s and the Dham. Creating a religious feudal kingdom with the Dham at it’s top. Much of the old kingdom of Shambhala stayed with the new religious kingdom. Those that broke away, joined the new religious kingdom a few years later due to the convincing nature of the Dham. After the unification of the region, the Dham died. For months, his death was mourned. After the 3rd month, the 5 Guru’s found another boy and named him the new Dham. After this, the Guru’s realized that upon the death of the Dham, Vinu would be reincarnated into another boy. Upon the death of every Dham the Guru’s would come together and travel throughout the lands, to look for signs of the next Dham.
