Kingdom Name: The Sacrye Empire (Sometimes referred to as Aonag's Empire)
Race: Giants & Small populations of humans (The Sacrye do not receive human race bonus)
Religion: Iaocism, while recent traditions among the upper class of the Sacrye people have slowly begun to shift towards less brutal forms of sacrifice through the killing of animals, the common people of the empire hold strong to past traditions and beliefs. The coming winter is brewing and Gatyx's rage forever must be appeased.

History: A little over 40 years have passed since the death of King Vivir "The Frost King", the first to travel south from the far northern reaches of the realm, bringing greatness and conquest to every stretch of Sacrye land. It was then the crown passed unto King Walus "The Second Storm", his reign however was not one of ease. Several challenges stood before him, among them the most notable the firetooth menace to the south. While far more diplomatic then his father, King Walus "The Second Storm" was not one to take chances. It was then that he began preparations for the invasion and complete annexation of the Baemire territories thus securing their Western flank from the Orcs and a stronger foothold along the river. This however was not his only accomplishment, modernization of the Sacrye religion was a hurdle that his people faced to improve diplomatic relations with their southern neighbors and thus among the upper class the sacrifice of animals rather than sentient beings became heavily discouraged even frowned upon, except for when they are sick and dying. These reforms arguably saved the Sacrye from any hasty invasions from it's ever so displeased neighbors.
King Walus' reign however, was not an eternal one. His passing marked a great outcry from most, but a sigh of relief from the conservatives among the population. Then came King Aonag "Hand of Gatyx", brutal and commanding. Both general and son of King Walus' during the invasion of Baemire, he led a series of devastating campaigns on their populations. A jingoist and warmonger, he sees most of his neighbors as ripe and ready for conquest. Not in the name of religion, but rather in the name of pride and empire. Since his reign came to be in 893 AYP, he has come to refer to the lands of the Sacrye now as the Sacrye Empire. Others, rather unofficially, have begun to refer to it as Aonag's Empire.
