Ikegami Clan
Elves
Aedakom Heresy: Ikegami Aedak
Monarch: Daimyo Ikegami Sayoko Captain and Regiment of Renown/Minister of Trade/Governor
Capital: Kegosu
Military/Cities strength
Fortification weakness
History: The Ikegami homelands were relatively unaffected by the horrors of the war but in the relative peace and safety a new movement was begun. Zwerkir Shinzaemon's preachings of the word of Aed began to take root, though perhaps not in the way he intended. The Ikegami, instead of strictly converting to Orthodox, began to incorporate Aed into their pantheon of gods. Aed became the embodiment of the Seven, to be worshiped directly or alongside specific deities of the seven. This religious shift required little change in theology and quickly took root among the Ikegami.
Twenty years after the war it became the dominant religion of the Ikegami and was finally recognized as an official heresy of Aedakom. This peacetime reconstruction also encouraged growth in the population of the Ikegami itself, setting the stage for expansion. As Daimyo, Sayoko, pledged to maintain her families standard of honor towards their neighbors, regardless of religion or creed and turned her attention northwards, to the lands of the Far North.
