The house of Cedic Corlu Aydogan, Pasha of the Aydogan House and adviser to the Kezur of the Gospodars, had its doors swung wide open upon the week where the possible diplomats would arrive. The estate was of common noble design, with sharp geometric shapes forming beautiful patterns in the walls, on the pillars, and even on the ceiling. The compound itself was relatively extensive, consisting of multiple buildings confined within a small, stout wall that formed a square around the entire estate. Gardens and pools dotted the area, shaded beneath terraces and bannisters so that during the summer months the heat could be easily bared beneath the shade provided. In addition to the above ground segments, as with any other dwarven made structure in Mog Bhelnom, each structure extended further underground and joined with each other in a subterranean portion of the estate that held numerous store houses, guest rooms, and other essentials for running the estate. It was here that Cedic awaited any and all who might arrive, fully aware that none could deign to show up at all.

The August Duke had received the invitation to send a delegation of representatives to speak on his behalf from Cedic Corlu Aydogan weeks earlier. The Duke, while not yet convinced that the benefits of a Northern Trade Union outweighs the risks of having diplomatic ties to pagans and heretics, he had agreed to allow his primary minister and Chancellor, Count Domingo Palomo de Berja, to fill that role for the August Duke. Count Domingo had sailed North as soon as he had received word from the Duke who had been campaigning with the Cerdigonian king, arriving in the morning, a week after setting sail, and before any other representatives. He had been escorted through the estate by one of Cedic's servants to the subterranean portion of Cedic's compound.
"Good morning, I am Count Domingo Paloma of Berja, delegate of his Royal Highness, The August Duke Francisco Rodrigo de Berranda." Spoke the Count, extending a hand toward the Dwarf in greeting.

With King Aeron campaigning in the North and Crown Prince Rhys (alongside his mother) ruling in his absence, it had been left to Chancellor Carvin to attend this meeting. While the King remained in abject opposition, Carvin had at least been sent to listen to the Mog Bhenholm proposal. The Commonwealth was on semi-friendly terms with the Kezur and he had shown a willingness to accept Aedak preachers to spread the Faith. While Carvin could hardly be described as the most religious man, it was important to his liege.
Carvin arrived with a small complement of Royal Guardsman and trade officials. He met his counterpart, Count Domingo de Berja with a nod of greeting and a bow to the remaining attendees. '' My lords... I am here representing His Grace, King Aeron Sefti. I speak for him during this meeting. ''

Jarl Tholarg had decided to arrive in person to this meeting, no only to prove his interest but in hopes of meeting with the lords of one of the few other nations of giant kind. Even if they were to the Jotun what the Syplhs were to Elves. "Greetings friends I hope i have not proven untimely."
