Founding members should pay entrance fee by turn six. And if a GM could determine what the cost and benefits of the NTA Giuldhouse would be, that would be appreciated.
I also recommend that member players copy and past the alliance code into a document and save it for later reference.

At this point only Ikegami Clan, the Free City New Byrnis, The Gurd Magocracy, Thrum (otM), Wolfwyrd Clan and Elon may participate in this topic.

When the members reconvened. Chello handed out documents with the order of business listed on in.
1. Leadership
a. Select offices to be filled.
b. Nominate candidates
c. Elect candidates.
2. Guildhouse
a. Determine cost and capacity of giuldhouse
b. Select location
c. Determine a budget and timeline for construction.
3. Misc.
a. Exploration actions
b. Invitations to other nations.
c. Trade forum and market
((OOC I would also like to get a counting of how close we are to fulfilling the the legacy. We have five members and I'm pretty sure we have more than 50 gold being generated (Elon is generating 18/turn from just trade with members. As of turn six, Wolfyrd should be getting 10/turn). How many luxuries do we have? Elon doesn't have access to luxuries, but Wolfwyrd has 1.))

Tea had been passed out to everyone and morning light was slanting in through the windows. "Shall we begin at once with nominations, or would anyone wish to add to the agenda I handed out?"
She looked over at Grendel. Not with any hostility, but with curious expectancy. Over the course of the summit she had grown used to sharing leadership with him. He'd proved to be more than capable as an administrator and a politician. Indeed, he'd managed to rewrite most of her original proposal with his own and sway the rest of the summit into endorsing it. In away this had irked Chello, but on the other hand it had certainly gained her respect and this respect was evident in the way she opened the conversation for him to give input, before moving on with the nominations.

Naozumi sipped his tea slowly, things at home had been going well, a Cathedral had been constructed in Kegosu and a new Temple city at Akizuki had been built to honor the gods, the faith of the Ikegami was returning to its people and he finally felt that sense of comfort and identity which his people remembered still.

Whoever gained the honor of being the first to take control of the Guilds leadership would potnetially gain a great deal of political power and influence in the north.
Unfortunately, he was Gurd. He knew his duty.
"My own hand was too involved in the formation of the alliances current form. It is a belief of my people believe that the hand that bestows power, should not be the same that wields it."
"To do so may act to grant oneself authority without having earned it. Which is something my people are resolutely against."
"While I recognize that it is not an issue I would need to truly worry about, I wish to set a good example for my people. As such, at this time the Gurd decline from the roles of leadership. At least until others have had their turn."
"We will have the funds marking our joining set aside, for when such a tribute is called."

for this season Miguel and Tulio offer their services for free to the NTA to help it build funds
any NTA member may post hear to use their services for turn 8
a fee of 2 gp may be payed(each) to the NTA for the use of the 2 explorers

Chello stood and nodded to Grendel, "I respect your sincerity and wishes to be an example, though it is a loss to the Alliance. You have proven yourself an excellent leader and diplomat. I hope that soon you will feel that it is appropriate for you to take a stronger hand in helping to lead the Alliance. In the meantime, Elon does not hold with the same traditions. I shall nominate myself as Giuldleader, for the first term. With Kitano Takuma as emissary and Miguel and Tulio as explorers I beleave the only office left to be nominated are that of the Treasure, who will also serve and advisor and check to the giuldleader. Does any one wish to step forward to nominate themselves or one of their retinues?" Her pale blue eyes swept the room and those gathered there.

Arriving from the North, seemingly having ridden swiftly from their home in the Union of Haiho and Ausvinthus, a party of representatives bearing the colors of the Union arrived to provide a copy of a letter sent to the Thrum regarding a recent subterfuge attempt enacted upon the Union by the Thrum, as well as an additional letter addressed to the NTA.

(( Since this matter from the Uion has nothing to do with the first meeting and would presumabaly take place a few years after the first summit would it be possible for the Mods to move the post on the letters and Chello's response to them to another topic.
