Other:Iaocism is a paganistic religion from the far north based around sacrificing others in the name of appeasing Gatyx, the god of the winter storm, in hopes for continued prosperity and long springs. Many fear though that if he goes to long unappeased he will plunge the world into a “The Long Winter” for the next several thousand years.

Vivir is a ruthless ruler bound by his faith to appease Gatyx. As the years have passed him he has noticed his people suffer longer and longer winters and fears that the long winter is upon them. As a result he must expand outwards to find new warriors to sacrifices, new villages to burn, more men to appease the Winter god himself. His fierceness in battle during even harsh blizzards has earned him the name “The Frost King”.

History:
The giants of Sacrye come from the far north, a land of cold winters and freezing snows. Their home nearly inhospitable to most life and winters lasting several years. Vivir the frost king fearing the start of the long winter could only find a single solution, to expand further south to sacrifice the heretical religions that dominate the region.
They finally arrived in the north during the early years of the fifteen years war, somewhere between the first 3 or 4 and quickly began sacrificing the local populace to appease Gatyx. It was during this time that giants had also begun raiding the southern lands during the chaos taking men, women, and children of the like in order to continue to satisfy their gods hunger.
Now that the war has ended they find themselves struggling to find suitable sacrifices in the surrounding lands, and are faced once again with the dire need to expand south. The long winter must be stopped at any cost.
