The representatives of the Headquarters Branch will accept the loan but proposes an alternative price plan of 3,000 Uryen per 6 month periods with the intention to make bringing a swift end to the war a more vital goal. If this is acceptable, 40,000 Uryen shall be removed from the bank's coffers to support the Vinayan government's request.
